Melissa Tofano | Principal Designer

Melissa Tofano is the principal designer at 215 Design Co. Melissa's approach to design is one that emphasizes creativity and innovation. She believes that design is not simply about aesthetics, but about solving problems and creating solutions that are both functional and visually appealing. To achieve this, Melissa employs a range of techniques including brainstorming, sketching and prototyping, to develop unique and innovative ideas.

Rather than following strict rules or adhering to established design conventions, Melissa encourages experimentation and exploration. She is always willing to take risks and try new things, even if they are the "normal design" way to do them.

Diane Tofano | CFO

Diane Tofano, Melissa's mother, is the bookkeeper a.k.a. brain of the company, she is a critical component of ensuring the financial health and success of the business. Diane keeps everyone organized and up-to-date with the latest practices to effectively manage the company's finances.

Ultimately, she is an essential member of the design company's team, ensuring that the company's finances are healthy, and the business continues to thrive.

Sherry works closely with Melissa, helping to manage the team and ensures the project is progressing as planned. Sherry is an asset in the design and project management while assisting with coordinating schedules, and communicating with clients.
